The GZDW series DC panel uses nickel-cadmium batteries, a float charger, and is equipped with an automatic detection and alarm device. It features long service life, zero pollution, easy maintenance, stable voltage, ultra-low internal resistance output, high current surge resistance, strong adaptability, and high reliability. It is an ideal DC operating power supply unit and can be widely used in substations and power plants of 500kV and below. It can also be used in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, radio and television, computer rooms, subways, high-rise buildings, and other sectors as a DC control, signal power supply, power-off protection, and the power supply for opening and closing circuit breaker operating mechanisms. This product complies with the JB/T5777.4-2000 standard, "General Technical Conditions and Safety Requirements for DC Power Supply Equipment in Power Systems."

Ambient temperature:-50℃~+40℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +36℃.
Altitude:Not exceeding 2500m.
relative humidity: Not exceeding 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40℃.
Higher relative humidity is possible at lower temperatures(For example, 90% at +20°C). Considering the temperature change, moderate condensation is allowed. The equipment should be installed at an inclination of no more than 5° from the vertical. The equipment should be installed in a place free from severe vibration, impact, and corrosion.

The dual-channel AC input controlled by microcomputer can be automatically converted.
The AC input over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, phase loss and zero loss are automatically detected, displayed and alarmed. The charging and floating charging devices use intelligent high-frequency switching rectifier modules.N+1 redundancy is combined, current is automatically balanced, and hot plugging and unplugging are possible. The battery equalization and float charging processes are automatically switched and can operate normally according to the computer settings. Grid decoupling, power restoration and other procedures realize intelligent equalization and float charging management of batteries. When the microcomputer control device fails or issues an erroneous control command, the charging module enters an autonomous working state and the output voltage is the factory-set safety voltage to ensure the reliability of system operation. The intelligent four-remote control system provides detailed communication protocols for AC input, DC output, battery circuit and expanded environmental monitoring, and has an intelligent interface for communication with the substation integrated automation system.。
