Power prefabricated cabin

  • Detail
  • Parameters
  • Specification

1. Core advantages:

Rapid deployment: Factory pre-installation and commissioning, shortening the on-site construction period by more than 70%;

Full environment adaptation: IP43 protection grade, suitable for harsh environments with temperatures of -40°C to +50°C and humidity ≤95%;

Long life design: The service life of the main structure is ≥20 years, and the anti-corrosion performance is up to 40 years without rust.

2. Structural design

A. Cabin structure

  • frame: High-quality carbon structural steel (yield strength ≥ 235MPa), welded chassis steel, overall earthquake resistance and deformation resistance

  • Top cover: 5% slope roof design + drip edge to prevent water and snow accumulation;

  • Door: Outward opening door (net width ≥ 0.9m), equipped with "push-bar" emergency escape lock and pressure relief function (dedicated to battery compartment)

B. Internal layout

  • Partitioned compartments: Steel plates and flame-retardant partitions separate equipment areas, corridors, and cable areas;

  • Cable channel

    • Primary cable: Double-layer galvanized fireproof trough (Class A fire resistance)

    • Secondary cable: Metal shielding trough (anti-electromagnetic interference)

  • floor: 50mm insulation rubber sheet + bottom wiring interlayer (applicable to battery compartment)

3. Safety and protection system

A. Fire and explosion prevention

  • Battery compartment dedicated: pressure relief door lock linked to combustible gas detector, forced ventilation to prevent airflow short circuit

  • General requirements: Automatically cut off air conditioning/ventilation and start mechanical smoke exhaust in case of fire (in accordance with GB50016)

B. Grounding and lightning protection

  • The overall grounding device (including non-electrical parts) has a conspicuous grounding mark;

  • The cable entrance adopts sealing rubber ring + fireproof sealing (GB23864-2009)

C. Emergency measures

  • Emergency escape door lock + sound and light exit indication;

  • Explosion-proof lighting switch (battery compartment)

4. Installation and Operation and Maintenance

A. Transportation and installation

  • During transportation, the cabinet should be equipped with a movable fixing frame to prevent displacement damage;

  • The bottom of the cabin is equipped with a pre-set cable trench entry hole (≥600mm×600mm), and the cover is hinged and fixed

B. Operation and maintenance requirements

  • daily: Clean the dust screen and check the sealing strip (replace every 5 years);

  • Maintenance:Corridor width ≥ 0.9m, lighting supports full cabin power off maintenance.
