1. Normal use conditions

Applications: power distribution, motor control.

Implementation standards: IEC 60349, GB7251.12-2013.

Ambient temperature: -5℃~40℃.

Ambient relative humidity: not more than 50% at 40℃. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed, and condensation may occur occasionally (e.g. 90% at 20℃).

Installation location: indoors.

Altitude: ≤2500m.

If the above conditions cannot be met, the user should inform the manufacturer when placing an order. No frequent severe vibration.

If the use exceeds the normal conditions specified in GB3906, it shall be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer.

2. Structural characteristics

In order to facilitate the installation of equipment and on-site construction, a dedicated cable channel is set up in the distribution cabinet, and corresponding cable fixings are attached.

Each position of the drawer unit is accurately positioned and clearly indicated, and each position can be locked with up to 3 padlocks.

The special profile structure and connection method ensure the strength of the cabinet.

The drawer unit uses contact wires to be directly connected to the "L"-shaped vertical busbar, which is simple and reliable.

The unique three-section guide rail makes the drawer more flexible and convenient to enter and exit, and the internal components and wiring can be inspected, maintained or replaced without removing the drawer unit from the cabinet.

3. Division of areas within the distribution cabinet

According to the different functions of each part, the distribution cabinet can be divided into 4 independent compartments.

Horizontal busbar room (a separate compartment located behind or on top of the cabinet)

When the wiring is connected from the front, the horizontal busbar is placed behind the cabinet.

The horizontal busbar is also placed on the top of the cabinet.

Vertical busbar room (a separate compartment located on the left side of the rear of the cabinet).

The vertical busbar adopts "L"-shaped busbar and is placed in a dedicated fully enclosed functional panel, which not only ensures the stability of the vertical busbar, but also ensures that the protection level of its live parts can reach IP20 after the drawer unit is pulled out.

Functional unit room (each independent compartment located on the left side of the cabinet front) drawer unit or fixed partition unit.

Cable room

When the wiring is front-out, it is located on the right side of the front of the cabinet; when the wiring is rear-out, it is located on the right side of the rear of the cabinet.
