Tengxian Industrial Park is located in Wuzhou City, Guangxi, and is one of the key industrial agglomeration areas prioritized for development by the autonomous region. It primarily focuses on industries such as building materials, chemicals, and light manufacturing. With the expansion of park enterprises and increasing electricity demand, the existing power distribution system faces issues including aging equipment, insufficient power supply reliability, and low levels of intelligence. An urgent upgrade of the power infrastructure is required to support the park's sustainable development and meet the high-quality electricity needs of its enterprises.
This Phase I (EPC) Turnkey Project for the Quality Improvement of Tengxian Industrial Park aims to comprehensively upgrade the power distribution system in the park's core area. It involves the use of stable, technologically mature complete switchgear to enhance grid operational reliability and energy efficiency management.
Aged existing power distribution equipment leads to a relatively high failure rate, affecting the continuous production of park enterprises.
Insufficient flexibility of the power supply system to adapt to enterprise production expansion and changing load demands.
Lack of reactive power compensation capability results in high power losses and increased electricity costs.
Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear lacks operational and maintenance convenience, and maintenance activities cause widespread impact.
High-Voltage System:
Utilizes KYN28-12 armored withdrawable metal-enclosed switchgear, featuring high breaking capacity, strong insulation performance, and a modular structure. Supports rapid fault isolation and maintenance, ensuring reliability of the high-voltage power supply section.
Low-Voltage System:
Implements a combined solution of GCS/GCL-type withdrawable switchgear and GCK fixed compartmentalized switchgear. Enhances flexibility for feeder and control circuits, supports modular expansion and intelligent monitoring.
System Integration:
Integrates reactive power compensation and power management functions to improve the power factor and reduce line losses.
Standards & Safety:
All equipment complies with national and IEC standards, features five-prevention interlocking, high breaking capacity, and good dynamic and thermal stability, suitable for the complex electrical environment of an industrial park.
Enhances the overall reliability of the park's power grid, reduces blackout risks, and ensures continuous production and operation for enterprises.
The modular design and withdrawable nature of the equipment significantly improve operational maintenance efficiency and shorten fault resolution time.
Optimizes power quality, achieves local reactive power balance, and is expected to deliver a measurable percentage of energy savings.
The system possesses good scalability, supporting the park's future load growth and intelligent upgrade requirements.
