Nanning Weining Supply Chain Project is located south of Naping Road and west of Nama Avenue, Liangqing District, Nanning City. It is a key local cold chain logistics infrastructure. To meet the demand for cold storage capacity expansion, the project requires the construction of No. 2 Power Distribution Room and the completion of the 10kV power distribution project, ensuring the power supply system is stable and reliable and meets the acceptance standards of the power supply department. This project covers the entire process of services, including power application and installation registration, drawing design, equipment installation, external line construction, cable trench masonry, floor treatment, and system commissioning. It is a typical "turnkey" project for power distribution systems.
Insufficient power supply capacity: The existing power distribution facilities cannot meet the power load after the cold storage capacity expansion; rapid capacity expansion and guaranteed power supply continuity are required.
Complex project links: The project involves coordination across multiple links such as application registration, design, construction, and acceptance. The traditional subcontracting model is prone to problems like unclear responsibilities and construction delays.
High requirements for equipment-environment matching: The power distribution room needs to adapt to Nanning’s high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and has high technical requirements for moisture-proofing of bus ducts and cable trenches, as well as insulation protection.
Stringent acceptance standards: The project must pass the acceptance of the power supply department in one go; any oversight in details may lead to increased rectification costs and project delays.
Full-process package service: Provide a "one-stop" solution from application registration, design, and construction to acceptance, clarifying responsibility boundaries and avoiding the risk of multi-party management.
Standardized construction and material specifications: Adopt standardized materials such as epoxy floor paint, insulating rubber mats, and fire blocking to ensure that processes like cable trench masonry and bus duct laying comply with safety regulations.
Environmentally adaptive design: In response to the humid climate in southern China, strengthen the moisture-proof treatment of cable trenches and the protection of grounding systems to ensure the long-term stable operation of equipment.
Collaborative management mechanism: Efficiently coordinate the progress of Party A-supplied equipment (high-voltage/low-voltage cabinets, transformers, etc.) and Party B’s construction, ensuring seamless connection between pipeline embedding and equipment installation.
Guaranteed rapid delivery: Through professional integrated management, the construction period is shortened, helping the cold storage capacity expansion plan advance on schedule.
Controllable costs: The lump-sum contract model avoids additional change costs and reduces Party A’s coordination investment during the construction process.
Reliable long-term operation: Construction and commissioning are carried out in strict accordance with power supply standards, reducing the risk of cold storage operation interruption caused by power distribution issues.
Compliance and peace of mind: The project passes power supply acceptance in one go, avoiding subsequent rectification investments and providing Party A with a compliant and safe power consumption environment.
