I. Project Background
The Fangchenggang Steel Base is a key project constructed by Guangxi Iron & Steel Group in the Qisha Coastal Industrial Park. The public living facilities and office system in the plant front area require outdoor power distribution equipment that meets the stringent demands of the coastal industrial environment.
High Corrosion Environment: Salt spray corrosion in the coastal area causes ordinary metal enclosures to rust easily.
Outdoor Protection Needs: Exposure to rainfall and humid climate requires a waterproof seepage design.
Operation and Maintenance Safety: The living area requires features to prevent electricity theft and facilitate convenient maintenance.
Space Limitations: Dense pipelines in the plant area necessitate compact equipment.
Enclosure: Formed from 2mm stainless steel sheet via multiple bending (or honeycomb stainless steel composite panel).
Internal Mounting Beams: Treated with hot-dip galvanizing process.
Door frame inlaid with high-resilience, aging-resistant sealing gaskets.
Dual visible/concealed door locks + rain shield design.
Protection Degree: IP54 (Compliant with GB/T 4208).
Fully enclosed metering compartment with lead seal device.
Bottom ventilation holes + top wire mesh dust prevention structure.
Supports vertical/horizontal installation.
Suitable for pole-mounted installation on power poles (function specified in the manual).
Long Lifespan & Corrosion Resistance: Stainless steel enclosure + hot-dip galvanized internal components resist the coastal salt spray environment.
Reliable Protection: IP54 rating + sealing gaskets prevent rainwater seepage.
Anti-Theft Design: Lead-sealed metering compartment reduces electricity theft risk.
Flexible Installation: Pole-mounted deployment saves ground space.
