I. Project Background

This project is a core component of Phase II of the Nanning Industrial Investment Automobile Yongning Industrial Park, covering Standard Factory Buildings 1#, 2#, and 3#, a comprehensive station building, a wastewater treatment station, an oil supply station, and plant roads, with a total construction area of 163,385 square meters. The primary focus of this project is to supply reliable high- and low-voltage power distribution core equipment for the BYD plant, ensuring the stability and safety of its production power supply.


As a large-scale modern production base, BYD's production lines impose extremely high demands on the continuity, stability, and safety of the power supply. Any power interruption or fluctuation could lead to significant production losses. The KYN28-12 high-voltage cabinets and SWGCS low-voltage cabinets deployed in this project are specifically designed and implemented to meet the stringent power requirements of such high-end industrial plants.

II. Customer Pain Points

Extremely High Power Supply Reliability Requirements:

The high automation level and dense equipment in the automobile manufacturing production line necessitate a highly continuous power supply, requiring the minimization of unplanned power outages.

The high-voltage compartment is equipped with a pressure relief channel, and the front door features observation windows for status monitoring, establishing a solid safety foundation for plant operation.

Utilizes high-performance ZN63A-12 (VS1) or imported IVD4 vacuum circuit breakers. The high reliability of core components effectively reduces failure rates and maintenance frequency.


Convenient Maintenance and Interchangeability:

The withdrawable truck design includes precise positioning and indication for working/test positions. Trucks of the same specification are freely interchangeable, and dedicated handling trolleys enable easy and flexible operation, significantly improving maintenance efficiency and reducing outage time.

The cabinet body is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, processed with multiple bending techniques and FMS systems, offering high structural strength, precision, lightweight, and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for the hot and humid industrial environment of southern China.

The cable compartment can accommodate up to 9 single-core cables, meeting the dense wiring needs of large plants.
