The Training and Comprehensive Building of Guangxi Agricultural Engineering Vocational and Technical College needs to provide power support for scenarios such as agricultural machinery training, intelligent greenhouses, and precision instruments, which imposes strict requirements on power supply continuity, safety protection, and space efficiency. This project adopts a combined solution of "box-type substation + 10kV outdoor switchgear + KYN28-12 switchgear" to meet the campus’s intensive power distribution needs.
Space constraints: The campus has limited land; traditional power distribution rooms have high construction costs and long construction cycles.
Safety risks: Non-professional personnel may face electric shock hazards when contacting high-voltage equipment.
O&M burden: Frequent start-stop of training equipment easily increases electrical losses, leading to high maintenance complexity.
Expansion needs: Power expansion interfaces need to be reserved for newly added laboratories in the future.
Three-in-one integration: High-voltage cabinets, transformers, and low-voltage cabinets are fully encapsulated (compliant with GB/T 17467 standard), reducing equipment floor space.
Environmental adaptability: Double-layer cabinet body made of stainless steel/aluminum alloy (IP54 protection class), withstanding high-temperature and high-humidity climates.
Intelligent expansion: Optional FTU (Feeder Terminal Unit) to support "four remote functions" (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, remote regulation), enabling seamless connection to the campus energy management system.
Flexible distribution capacity: Supports 8 outgoing circuits, providing independent power distribution for different functional areas (e.g., processing workshops, laboratories).
Full insulation protection: Prefabricated touchable silicone rubber cable heads (with internal and external semiconductor shielding layer design), realizing protection against direct contact by personnel.
Convenient maintenance: Area isolation design minimizes the power outage range.
High-reliability structure: Vacuum circuit breakers (VS1 series) meet the demand for frequent operations (compliant with GB 3906 standard).
Five-proof interlocking mechanism: Mechanical and electrical locking to forcefully prevent misoperation.
Modular maintenance: Handcart-type design supports rapid equipment replacement.
Space intensification: The outdoor deployment of the box-type substation eliminates the need for constructing an independent power distribution room.
Improved intrinsic safety:
Touchable cable heads of the switchgear eliminate electric shock risks;
The five-proof interlocking of the KYN28 cabinet prevents misoperation.
Optimized O&M efficiency:
Remote monitoring of the box-type substation’s status reduces on-site inspections;
The handcart structure of the switchgear shortens equipment maintenance time.
Sustainable expandability: The multi-circuit design of the switchgear reserves load expansion capacity.
