I. Project Background


The Training Complex Building in the West Campus of Guangxi Vocational and Technical University of Agriculture required the construction of a supporting substation and power distribution system. The core project requirements were:


Equipment Configuration:


High-Voltage System: 4 units of KYN28-12 Armored Withdrawable Switchgear


Low-Voltage System: 17 units of SWGCS Withdrawable Switchgear


PV Integration: 1 unit of AP01 PV Grid-Connection Cabinet


PV Integration: 22 units of Complete High and Low-Voltage Enclosures


Environmental Conditions: Daily average humidity in the Nanning area ≤ 95%

Functional Objective: To handle diverse electrical loads including teaching/training equipment and PV grid integration.


II. Customer Pain Points


Multi-Scenario Power Supply Compatibility: Needed to simultaneously accommodate training equipment and fluctuating PV power sources.


High-Humidity Environment Safety Risks: High year-round humidity in Nanning increases the risk of condensation leading to insulation faults.


Space Utilization Limitations: The limited space required compact equipment supporting future expansion.
