As an important public sports facility in Baise City, Baise Sports Center has actively responded to the construction needs of supporting facilities for new energy vehicles in recent years. It has planned and constructed a charging pile power distribution system in the parking lot area to meet the growing demand for electric vehicle charging. This project aims to provide a safe, stable, and efficient power distribution solution for the center, ensuring reliable power supply for the charging facilities.
The load fluctuation of charging piles is large, which imposes high requirements on the response speed and stability of power distribution equipment;
The outdoor installation environment requires equipment to have strong protection and weather resistance capabilities;
Coordinated design of high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution is necessary to ensure the overall safety and reliability of the system;
The possibility of future charging pile expansion should be considered, and the power distribution system should have a certain expansion capacity.
For the high-voltage side, HXGN15-12 type box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear is adopted, with a built-in SF6 load switch. It features a compact structure, easy operation, and reliable interlocking, and is suitable for 12kV ring network power supply systems to provide stable control and protection for the front end of the transformer;
For low-voltage power distribution, SWGGD type low-voltage fixed complete switchgear is used, with a rated voltage of 380V. It has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, flexible scheme combination, and solid structure, and is suitable for power distribution and control of the charging pile power distribution system;
The overall power distribution scheme is designed with full consideration of environmental requirements such as waterproofing, dustproofing, and corrosion resistance, and the equipment protection level meets the outdoor installation standards;
The system has good expandability, allowing flexible capacity adjustment according to the increase in the number of charging piles in the future.
The high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution equipment work in coordination to ensure the continuity and stability of power supply for the charging pile system;
The equipment has excellent protection performance, adapting to the outdoor environment of the parking lot and reducing the frequency of maintenance;
The system has a clear structure and is easy to operate and maintain, reducing long-term operation costs;
The solution has good expandability, supporting future increases in the number of charging piles and system expansion needs.
