The Power Distribution Project for Charging Piles of Napo County People's Court is located at Napo County People's Court, Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is an infrastructure construction project focused on meeting the charging needs of electric vehicles. The project scope includes the construction of new high-voltage overhead lines, box-type substations and their foundations, cable duct laying, and cable installation. The project adopts HXGN15-12 type high-voltage switchgear and SWGGD type low-voltage complete switchgear to jointly form a stable and reliable power distribution system, supporting the efficient and safe operation of charging pile facilities.
The power distribution for charging facilities needs to adapt to complex electricity usage environments, imposing high requirements on power grid stability and safety;
Traditional power distribution equipment is prone to being affected by climate, humidity, and other factors in outdoor environments, resulting in insufficient reliability;
The system must have high breaking capacity and short-circuit withstand capacity to cope with sudden current impacts;
The equipment needs to have a compact structure and be easy to maintain to adapt to limited site conditions and reduce long-term operation and maintenance costs.
Adopt HXGN15-12 type high-voltage switchgear, which has a ring network power supply capacity with a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated current of 630A. It is equipped with a built-in SF6 (sulfur hexafluoride) load switch, featuring a compact structure, easy operation, and reliable interlocking, making it suitable for outdoor prefabricated substation scenarios;
Configure SWGGD type low-voltage fixed complete switchgear, with a rated operating voltage of 380V, a rated current of up to 6300A, high breaking capacity, and a short-time withstand current of 50kA. It supports flexible circuit combinations and meets the multi-functional needs of power and lighting distribution;
Both high-voltage and low-voltage equipment comply with national and industry standards (such as GB 3906, GB/T 11022, GB 7251.12-2013), and have high reliability, strong environmental adaptability, and low maintenance requirements;
The overall power distribution scheme is designed to balance installation convenience and long-term operational stability, supporting efficient power distribution and control of the charging pile system.
Establish a stable and reliable power distribution system for charging piles, ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of electric vehicle charging facilities in the court and surrounding areas;
The equipment has a high protection level and strong environmental adaptability, reducing the risk of failures caused by weather, humidity, and other factors;
The system has strong breaking capacity and reliable safety interlocking, effectively improving the level of power distribution protection and reducing operational risks;
The compact and reasonable structural design enables easy maintenance, helping to reduce long-term operation and maintenance costs and extend the equipment service life.
