Project Background

The Power Distribution Project for New Energy Charging Piles in Hanggang Smart Park is located at No. 17 Nahong Avenue, Jiangnan District, Nanning City. It is a key project focusing on the construction of charging infrastructure for new energy vehicles. To meet the power distribution needs of the electric vehicle charging station within the park, the project adopts the YB□-10.5/0.8 photovoltaic box-type substation as the core power distribution equipment. This equipment enables efficient and stable power boosting and distribution, supporting the long-term stable operation of the charging pile cluster.

Customer Pain Points

Complex power demand for charging facilities: The charging station for new energy vehicles has large load fluctuations, requiring equipment to have rapid response and multi-circuit output capabilities.

Strong adaptability to outdoor environments: Nanning has high temperature and high humidity, so the equipment must have a high protection level and weather resistance.

Restrictions on floor space and construction period: The park has limited space, which requires high equipment integration and quick installation to reduce the time for civil engineering and commissioning.

Convenience of later operation and maintenance: The equipment needs to have a low failure rate and simple maintenance to reduce long-term operating costs.

Solution Proposition

✅ Integrated design: Adopts a box-type structure integrating three functions (high-voltage switch, transformer, and low-voltage switch), which saves floor space and shortens the construction period.

✅ High protection and weather-resistant materials: The shell uses a cold-rolled steel plate composite structure, featuring a high protection level, heat insulation, and moisture resistance, which is suitable for the rainy, hot, and humid environment in southern China.

✅ Intelligent protection and multi-circuit output: The high-voltage side is equipped with load switch-fuse combination protection, and the low-voltage side supports up to 30 circuit outputs, meeting the simultaneous power demand of multiple charging piles.

✅ Compatibility and expandability: Supports the upgrade of distribution network automation terminals (FTU) and has "four remote functions" (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, and remote regulation), reserving space for future smart grid transformation.

Customer Value

Stable power supply: The complete high and low voltage protection systems and low-loss transformer design ensure the continuous and safe operation of the charging station.

Rapid deployment and investment saving: The complete set of equipment reduces on-site assembly links, shortens the construction period, and lowers comprehensive costs.

Adaptation to harsh environments: The high protection level (IP54 optional) and weather-resistant materials reduce the risk of failures caused by environmental factors.

Simple and efficient operation and maintenance: The modular design and flexible low-voltage outgoing lines support rapid fault location and maintenance, reducing long-term operating labor costs.
