Project Background

Relying on its aquatic breeding industrial park, Guangxi Luocheng Guiyouyu Technology Co., Ltd. plans to construct a distributed photovoltaic power generation system (Phase I) to achieve the "fishery-solar complementary" green energy upgrade. The project requires the rapid deployment of a safe and reliable grid-connection hub to address pain points of traditional power stations such as long construction cycles, large land occupation, and poor environmental adaptability.

Customer Pain Points

Low construction efficiency: The space in the breeding area is limited, and the long construction cycle of traditional civil construction substations affects production and operation.

Weak environmental adaptability: Guangxi’s high-temperature, high-humidity, and salt spray corrosion environment imposes strict requirements on the protection level of electrical equipment.

High demand for grid-connection reliability: It is necessary to ensure continuous power supply for breeding loads and avoid the impact of power grid fluctuations on production equipment.

Investment cost sensitivity: The customer expects to control initial equipment investment and long-term operation and maintenance costs.

Solution Proposition

Grid-Connection Cabin

Serves as a protective enclosure, providing IP54-level dustproof, waterproof, and anti-corrosion (304 stainless steel material) protection as well as anti-seismic protection for the box-type substation, making it suitable for outdoor humid environments.

Intelligent Integrated Box-Type Substation

✅ Three-in-one integrated designHigh-voltage switchgear (with vacuum circuit breaker protection), S11 low-loss transformer, and low-voltage intelligent power distribution unit are pre-installed in the factory, reducing on-site commissioning time by more than 30%.

✅ Strong environmental adaptabilityAdopts a honeycomb double-layer composite panel structure, which balances heat insulation and heat dissipation. The enclosure can be made of stainless steel/aluminum alloy (anti-corrosion stainless steel is used in this project) to ensure stable operation in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.

✅ Intelligent grid-connection managementThe high-voltage side is equipped with a distribution network automation terminal (FTU), supporting "four remote functions" (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control, remote regulation) to monitor short-circuit and ground faults in real time. The low-voltage side uses intelligent circuit breakers + automatic reactive power compensation devices to ensure power quality and reduce the risk of power grid penalties.

✅ Rapid and flexible deploymentThe entire station is transported in a prefabricated manner; on-site operations only require foundation positioning and cable connection. Compared with traditional power stations, the construction period is shortened by 60%, meeting the "zero interference" construction needs of the breeding area.

Customer Value

Cost reduction and efficiency improvement

The integrated design reduces civil construction and installation costs; the compressed project cycle helps realize early grid connection for power generation.

Reliable operation

The fully sealed transformer and multi-layer protective structure of the box-type substation make it immune to salt spray and humidity, reducing the failure rate.

Intelligent operation and maintenance

FTU-based remote monitoring and fault early warning enable "unattended operation," reducing the labor cost of inspection in the breeding area.

Long-term benefits

Reactive power compensation optimizes the power factor, avoiding power grid assessment fees; the modular design supports future capacity expansion.
