I. Project Background

The Beitou Yinshan Project involves power supply and distribution engineering for residential buildings, encompassing 8 high-rise residential buildings and a single-level basement, with a total construction area of approximately 80,798.4 square meters. The project requires comprehensive power supply and distribution construction tasks, including the construction of equipment foundations in the distribution room, installation of high and low-voltage equipment, laying of cable trays, routing of power cables and busways, ventilation and lighting for the distribution room, and system-wide commissioning. Equipment utilized in the project includes outdoor switching cabinets, package substations, HXGN17-12 high-voltage ring main units, GGD/GCS low-voltage switchboards, cable distribution boxes, and meter boxes, aiming to build a safe, stable, and efficient residential power distribution system.

II. Customer Pain Points

High Power Supply Reliability Requirements: Residential communities require 24/7 continuous power supply, demanding strict performance regarding equipment insulation, sealing, and fault isolation capabilities.

Compact Spatial Layout: The limited space in the basement and residential buildings necessitates compact equipment structures with high integration to minimize the footprint.

Need for Operational Convenience: Traditional distribution equipment often requires frequent maintenance and complex fault troubleshooting, highlighting the need to reduce later-stage operation and maintenance costs and difficulties.

Environmental Adaptability Challenges: Outdoor equipment must withstand environmental factors such as high temperatures and humidity to ensure long-term stable operation.

III. Proposed Solution

Fully Insulated and Sealed Design: Utilization of SWDFW-12 outdoor switching cabinets and cable distribution boxes, featuring fully sealed and insulated structures that support live-line touching, ensuring operational safety, with a protection rating of IP33, suitable for harsh outdoor environments.

Application of Integrated Equipment: Selection of ZBW-12 intelligent package substations, integrating high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage equipment into a single unit, reducing the footprint, simplifying the installation process, and supporting flexible wiring and distribution automation upgrades.

Highly Reliable Ring Main Power Supply: Configuration of HXGN17-12 ring main units to enable area-specific power outage maintenance and fault isolation, minimizing the scope of outages, and enhancing power supply continuity.

Modular Low-Voltage System: Adoption of GGD fixed-type switchboards and GCS withdrawable-type low-voltage switchboards, offering high breaking capacity and flexible configuration, meeting residential power and lighting distribution needs, and supporting remote monitoring and intelligent management.

Full-Scope Professional Services: Provision of a one-stop solution covering everything from equipment foundation construction and grounding system installation to cable laying, system commissioning, and procedural formalities.

IV. Customer Value

Safe and Reliable Operation: Fully insulated equipment and ring main design significantly reduce the risk of electric shock and the impact of faults, ensuring residential electricity safety.

Space Efficiency: The design of package substations and compact cabinets saves installation space, making them particularly suitable for basement levels and dense residential areas.

Reduced Operational Costs: Maintenance-free equipment and modular structures decrease the frequency of later-stage maintenance, while fault indication functions aid rapid troubleshooting.

Long-Term Economical Benefits: Stainless steel enclosures and high protection rating designs extend equipment service life, supporting stable operation for over twenty years.

Compliant and Efficient Implementation: Full compliance with standards such as GB7251 and IEC60349, assisting with completion acceptance and commissioning to ensure the project's successful energization and operation.
