1. Normal use conditions

Ambient air temperature: -15℃~+40℃, the daily average temperature shall not be higher than +35℃. If it exceeds, the capacity must be reduced according to the actual situation.

Altitude: not more than 2500m.

Relative humidity: not more than 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃. The influence of condensation due to temperature changes should be taken into consideration.

The installation inclination does not exceed 5 degrees, and the entire cabinet row is relatively flat (in compliance with GBJ232-82 standards).

The switchgear should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact and where the electrical components are not subject to unnecessary corrosion.

Note: If the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with our company to resolve them.

2、Main circuit scheme

The switchgear main circuit schemes comprise 32 groups with 118 specifications (see Table 2), excluding schemes and specifications derived from changes in the control and protection of auxiliary circuits. These schemes address the needs of power generation, distribution, and other power users. The rated operating current is 6300A, suitable for distribution transformers of 2500kV and below. Furthermore, capacitor compensation panels are designed to meet the need for improved power factor in power distribution, and reactor panels are designed to address overall investment requirements.

3.Functional Tendon Unit

a. The drawer height module is 160mm. Drawers are available in five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 units, and 3 units. The unit circuit rated current is 400A or less.

b. Drawers are only changed in height, with width and depth remaining unchanged. Drawers of the same functional unit are highly interchangeable.

c. Each MCC cabinet can be installed with a maximum of 11 single-unit drawers or 22 1/2-unit drawers, with more than one unit of drawers using a multi-kinetic back panel.

d. The drawer input and output lines use connectors of the same specification with different numbers of pieces according to the current size.

e. The connection between the unit drawer and the cable compartment adopts a back-type ZJ-2 adapter.

f. The connection between the drawer and the cable compartment of unit 1 and above shall adopt the same size rod-type or tubular structure ZJ1 type adapter according to the current grade.

g. The drawer panel has obvious markings for open, closed, test, and pulled-out positions.

h. The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device.
