1. Scope of application

SWGCK (equivalent to or better than GCL) low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is suitable for rated working voltage 380V, AC three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-wire system,

It is used for power receiving, feeding, reactive power compensation, energy metering, lighting and centralized motor control in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings of the power system.

This product complies with the standards: GB7251.12-2013 "Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment", JB/T9661 "Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear", and IEC60349 "Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment".


2. Normal use conditions

Altitude: 2500m and below.

Ambient temperature: -15℃~+40℃, daily average temperature not higher than +35℃.

Relative humidity: not more than 50% at a temperature of +40°C; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, and condensation may occur occasionally; for example, 90% at +20°C.

Places without fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

The inclination from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5°.

Applicable to the following temperature during transportation and storage: -25℃~+55℃, and not exceeding +70℃ in a short time (not exceeding 24h).

3. Main technical parameters

Rated current: horizontal busbar ≤6300A; Vertical busbar 630A, 800A, 1200A.

Rated short-time withstand current: 50, 80kA/1s, neutral bus 30kA/1S.

Rated peak current: 105kV0.1S, 50kV0.1S.

Functional unit (drawer) breaking capacity: 50kA (effective value).

Enclosure protection grade: IP30, IP40.

Busbar setting: three-phase four-wire system, three-phase five-wire system.

Operation mode: local, remote, automatic.


4. Structural characteristics

The basic frame of SWGCK is a modular assembly structure. All structural parts of the cabinet frame are galvanized and spray-coated. They are connected to each other by screws to form a basic cabinet frame. Doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, busbars, electrical components and other parts are added as needed to assemble a complete control center cabinet. This cabinet structure has the following features. 1 Cabinet frame

The cabinet frame is assembled with C-profiles. The cabinet frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.

1.1 The forming dimensions, opening dimensions, and installation spacing of components are modularized (module E = 20 mm, the same below).

1.2 The internal structural parts are galvanized.

1.3 The cabinet top cover is detachable. After removing the top cover, you can see the four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

1.4 The exterior is phosphating treated and then electrostatically sprayed with epoxy powder.

1.5 The cabinet is divided into three mutually isolated areas: busbar room, functional unit room and cable room, which can prevent the spread of accidents and facilitate live maintenance.



2 functional units (drawer part)

2.1 Functional units: feed unit, motor unit, and utility power supply unit.

2.2 The drawer unit height module is 200mm and is available in five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 units, 2 units, and 3 units. The unit circuit rated current is 630A or less. 2.3 Each MCC cabinet can accommodate a maximum of 9 single-unit drawers or 18 1/2-unit drawers. 2.4 The compartment door panels are mechanically interlocked with the drawer by the main switch operating mechanism. Drawers cannot be withdrawn when the main switch is in the closed position.

2.5 The operating mechanism of the main switch can be locked in the closed or open position with a padlock, allowing safe maintenance of electrical equipment.

2.6 The back of the functional unit has the main circuit input and output plugs, auxiliary circuit secondary plugs and grounding plugs.

2.7 The grounding plug ensures the continuity of the protection circuit when the drawer is in the separated test connection position.

2.8 Functional unit compartments are separated by metal partitions.

2.9 The trapdoor in the compartment opens and closes automatically as the drawer is pushed in and pulled out, so that it does not touch the vertical busbar in the compartment.

2.10 The drawer unit adopts a rotary propulsion mechanism with three-position function, which is simple and reliable to operate.

2.11 Drawer Operating Mechanism Description

The CJ-5 drawer advancement mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the mechanism) utilizes a spiral trajectory along a positioning element to advance and withdraw functional units. During this process, it features a three-position display and mechanical interlock, along with an electrical interlock when in the microswitch test position, to prevent personal or equipment accidents. This product complies with relevant national and industry standards. This product offers a compact size, flexible installation, and reliable performance.


3 Busbar system

3.3 The vertical busbar is enclosed in a polycarbonate engineering plastic shell.

3.2 SWGCK and GCL busbar systems adopt three-phase four-wire system or three-phase five-wire system. The horizontal busbar is installed on the top of the cabinet. The N line and PE line can be installed on the top or the bottom of the cabinet. 3.3 The three-phase horizontal busbar adopts copper busbar, which has high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation.
